Roger-Lewis-Our-Designers-of-Contract-Furniture

OUR DESIGNERS

Roger Lewis is defined by our passion for beautiful, well-crafted modern contract furniture pieces with a heart and soul.

For us, this means paying as much attention to how people feel when they’re using our products as to the materials we choose and the detailing in the finish.

To make sure we continue to push the boundaries and continuously develop our distinct look and feel, our team extends beyond those working at head office. Collaboration with external contract furniture designers and co-creation with clients and others in the field are an essential part of our DNA.

As a business, we are proud and privileged to work with some of the most talented designers of today, who share our drive to create modern commercial furniture that supports people. Help them focus, come together or simply relax.

Designer Roger Lewis

Our Founder

Roger worked as a designer for Terence Conran back in the late Seventies, before moving to the South West of England to further his career as a Design Director. After founding a business in his own name and 45 years of successfully designing contemporary furniture, with passion and love, he retired to his home in Bath. He left a legacy for the business to continue and successful designs that stand the test of time.

Over the decade his passion for Italy, where he saw trailblazers in furniture design, translated through to refined lines and proportions paired with his own desire for comfort above all.

Designer Nick Lewis

In house with the Roger Lewis team since 2013

Nick grew up influenced by his father, Roger. Seeing Roger’s passion burn bright it seemed inevitable that Nick would follow in his footsteps. Nick’s own passion for fine art allowed him to follow his own creative path with light touchs and scanidanivian influences.

Nick retains his father’s desire for comfort. With his own experience designing for the domestic market his designs have a focus on aesthics and comfort. Nick lives in Bath, England with his wife and young daughter.

Timeless furniture that remains current, contemporary – and comfortable whether specified for commercial offices, hotels or retail spaces.
