As well as the North and South building, we also worked with the designers on their Heritage building. The Minshull warehouse is a grade II-listed Victorian shipping warehouse that played a starring role in Manchester’s Industrial Revolution boom. With original features – exposed beams, original ironwork, and an entrance on the cobbled Little David Street.
The designers have retained the classical industrial feel of central Manchester, and added some contemporary dutch influence, and all the things young professionals enjoy most.
All the comforts of home
The Minto & Turner apartments redefine warehouse living, a grad II-listed canal warehouse. The warm red brick of the Victorian warehouse is reflected in the interior design of the apartments. Roger Lewis luxurious thick bespoke headboards, and modular Inca sofas in a light neutral soft fabric add a sophisticated depth to the apartments.
