A shining example of the new era of the rental market, Mustard Wharf is an all-encompassing luxury residence, offering tenants a beautiful living space, and amenities such as a roof garden; clubhouse; private dining rooms, and a high tech gym. Situated in the exciting, new Holbeck Urban Village, this development is a vibrant hub of activity and design.
Specialising in interiors for the BTR market, Clippings led the design of Mustard Wharf, fitting 247 boutique apartments, and multiple communal spaces for residents. They wanted to build a space that was youthful, and contemporary, while creating an elegant and comfortable feel. This combination manifested as stylish, Scandinavian inspired apartments, and engaging amenities spaces.
A dreamy combination
Clippings created a modern industrial look through the use of metal frames, and sleek chrome fittings, which they offset with comfortable soft-furnishings. This made the Salina range a perfect fit.
The Salina range combined clean, soft lines, with a padded headboard, which looks comfortable and inviting, without sacrificing a contemporary feel. The option to fit the Salina beds in different fabrics, to match the desired aesthetic and tactile experience desired for the different apartments, enabled clippings to create beautiful, boutique spaces.
The Salina range has a lift up mechanism to access storage space within the bed, making it perfect for apartment living, as residents are able to utilise storage space, without making the space look cluttered.
