Creating cosy spaces

Formerly known as Caroline House, the brand new No. 26 residential scheme in Croydon offers 183 boutique homes, ranging from cosy studio spaces to spacious three bedroom apartments. 

Complete with timber flooring, floor to ceiling windows, high-end kitchen facilities and Conran furnishings throughout, the contemporary interiors combine understated luxury with pops of playful design.

 

With this in mind, Roger Lewis developed bespoke two and three seater sofas for 166 of the apartments, selecting bold, on-trend upholstery fabrics to complement the overall decor. Custom wall-hung headboards were also created for 183 king sized beds, featuring unique strap detailing that provides a high-end aesthetic.

Having worked closely with Conran Contracts for many years, Roger Lewis is a trusted partner in delivering products on time and within budget. This was particularly important in the No. 26 Croydon project as the sofa prototype needed to be turned around in just two weeks.
